When you play in CS map cs_italy go to the apartments and there must be a (breakable) cabinet where you can hide in. To achieve this, climb up the stack of logs in the Counter-Terrorist spawn. Enter through the window, up the flight of stairs (about four steps) and to the next room. Then you will see a big cabinet in the right hand corner of the room. Run and crouch jump into the cabinet.
You will then be inside the of it. Tip: You cannot shoot out of the cabinet (it will break apart if you fire). It is still a nice hiding spot.
