The previous guy never touched anything and just called a vendor to do everything. I'd like to be able to do some stuff, but I can't find a link on Crestron's site to download the Crestron Toolbox. Seems you have to be a partner or reseller to get it. Anybody know where/how to get the Crestron Toolbox software?

Network Device Tree: Lists devices detected on the network. Allows you to identify devices, manage device Network IDs, and link to the SMW Program Tree.
File Manager: Displays the file system. Allows you to manage control system files and directories.
