I rooted my Moto G 2014 about 2 weeks ago. I'm using the SuperSU app to control root permission. I have already used apps such as wifikill and faceniff in the past with my old phone, the samsung galaxy mini. And Faceniff works fine in my old phone. However, in the Moto G 2014 (which is rooted), Faceniff doesn't work.
I've given the app root access. But when I press on start to start sniffing, as soon as I click start, it stops by itself and it says 'service stopped'. I can't find a solution anywhere for this problem.

FaceNiff is an Android app that allows you to sniff and intercept web session profiles over the WiFi that your mobile is connected to. It is possible to hijack sessions only when WiFi is not using EAP, but it should work over any private networks (Open/WEP/WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK) It's kind of like Firesheep for android. Maybe a bit easier to use (and it works on WPA2!). *** ROOTED PHONE *** is required. Please note that if webuser uses SSL this application won't work.
